In observance of Day of Remembrance (DOR), we are hosting a FREE webinar and virtual tour of our curriculum on Saturday, February 20 at 10am PT.​ We'll be giving a tour of our curriculum and how it can be used to teach DOR and discuss the Japanese American experience.

The Japanese American National Museum invites you to join in celebrating the life of Board of Trustees Chair Norman Y. Mineta on June 25, 2022 at 10:30am. The public are welcome to join in person or via livestream.

A public ceremony honoring the life, career, and legacy of Norman Y. Mineta will be held in San Jose on June 16, 2022 at the San Jose Civic auditorium at 10:30 a.m.

Norman Y. Mineta will be returning home to San Jose for the final time. Accompanied by members of his family, his remains will arrive at Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport at approximately 11:30AM PDT and proceed by motorcade to San Jose City Hall...
